Picture for (+) for WA Ally page

Currently I am setting up a new site for Warpers Anonymous, and I have a picture for the other ally squads but not a (+) one. I was trying to figure out if there is a good one? I would like to keep it kinda small. For what type of pictuer i am looking for, it is a squad picture like the big .gif one on top here, but smaller and not so .giffy. hopefully someone here has one
