I sympathise whith what you and Klingan are saying here but I have to say I really enjoyed it. I liked flying with the squad like that as a squad and although I got killed very quickly both times it was instantly obvious what mistakes I had made and I couldnt wait to have another go.

It would have been improved if:

1) We had more Spits as I think there were not enough in relation to hurri's
2) We had a representative german medium bomber instead of the Ju88 which is too rast.
3) The radar had been as good as it is in the MA or better as this was the key to the Battle. The RAF not only had info as to position but also height and numbers of the enemy.

That said I am really looking forward to frame 2.

wtf is wrong with this forum today?

No text in all the replies? Hmm strange.

Ive been thinking about the Hurri to Spit ratio. Where were those spits stationed? maybe There were more hurris on the east coast?

And we need the radar to counter the lightning 88's.

I'll fly anything but prefer the bombers we usually do well in them in regards to rank and score ( meaning score for the event and the overall win ) I will be there for sure . Sunday morning and is it at 10 am or 11 am Pacific time , don't want confusion .

I would actually also want to fly bostons.

I just think we let the fighters go to those that know how to use them lol!

But so far 1 vote for spits and 2 for bostons.

Well 2 hours before the fso starts we got reassigned to bostons.

Our CO was too happy with us in bombers the last frame so he wants us to do 1 more bombing mission.

But after the first bombing strike we will get our fighters.

Dont get me wrong. The suicide bomber part we did great. I just think it was sad that we had to trade a fighterlife for it.

But then again this is why. From our Allied CO:

Im sorry I reassigned your squad, but its because I know you are very experienced leader and actually I have noone else who I believe could accomplish difficult bomber mission.

Jaxxon is less experienced and its possible you will have to take lead of whole bomber raid. I know split to the flights will be difficult but we have no other choice. I would go with you, but must sit in twr and coordinate missions.

Also you must go without cover. Its because all fighters are quite faraway from A14 and we cant wait until they reach A14 to join you. I also tried another way when you go SW to A16 and join Hurries there, but its too risky because of time restriction you can be there not earlier than T+10 and in this time 109s can be there for sure. So only one way is you go without fighter cover and rely on your speed and good luck...

I guess we should take this as a compliment Basketball
