Next Meeting

The next Meeting is Sunday April 30th at I assume 2pm EST in the TA. If you are not going to make it please let us know by posting here so we can have some idea of who is actually in the squad.

Not being able to make it is fine and things come up at the last minute. I would guess from the tone of other squad mebers I am not the only one who thinks not giving a toss is unacceptable. Everyone should at least acknowledge there is a meeting even if they cant make it Maybe since they wish to benefit from the comradship of being in the squad they could at least appologise in advance for non attendance and even give a reason

Here is my recommendation for squad's meeting and operation regulations:

If you cannot attend 1 out of the 2 squad meeting for the month

AND

you cannot attend 1 out of the 4 squad operations (Sunday at 2/3 PM EST)

you are out of the squad.... simple.




*EDIT* ....if no justifiable reason was given, then the stated above will applied. Vacation time off like Fattie and work related issues like 12High and ForestG were given way in advance, and were considered appropriate.

Harsh, but I agree. Unless, like Yarbles stated, there is a reason.
We are a squad and should act like it.

Working nights for the next meeting will try and make it but not making any promises.

I believe the next meeting is MARCH 30th and I will be there .
Yarbles i sent you all of my pertinant info in a PM to you on this forum so please look . I did not have any idea of where to give you this info without other non squad members knowing or reading it . Also if it helps you out there is addresses in the AH forums in our squad under the plaque post , I hope this helps you out.

Sundays meeting.

I am letting you all know that I may not make it to this meeting, Melissa told me I have to go play a round of golf on sunday Believe me when I tell you that I will not be having a good time!!!!!!!!
What is worse is that the damn beer cart will probably come around and bother me every 30 minutes or so... Guys I have tried to come up with reasons as to why I can't go but she has put her foot down!

I don't know when the tee time is yet so I may make it but if I am not there you will know why.

Luckily, this is why i suggested to have 2 meetings in a month. That way whatever is missed will be repeated in second meeting (you miss the next one and we have issue). Also, whatever project/personnel is due for report can be addressed.

I'm back at school now and won't be home untill around May 7th, so I won't be making the meetings untill then. . After that I'll be home for the summer and should make the meetings.

Marc, beer cart every 30 min. That's not quick enough. You better pack some ice and a few extras in the bag. At least, that's how I play golf!
