recruiting

OK Guys,
I opened up 4 spots in the squad primerily for the use of or brothers on the other side of the globe,
I would like to see you guys recruit 2 or 3 members so you have wingmen to fly with.

Personally I still think we should ask people to fly with us for a week or so before asking them to join. I think it is especially important not to recruit while pissed out of ones face as this is when everyone seems like a good bloke. Any thoughts or suggestions on the process?

So what u r saying is that there is no recruitig for me?

ur rite Yarbles, they do have to fly with us for awhile. That is the first point of recruiting is asking them to fly with us for a week or two, before sending them the invitation to come into the squad.

How i see the process:

Pilot A gets Klingan's attention
Klingan tells Yarbles to tell Pilot A to come on channel 144
Pilot A mingles and bullshit with my2fast to get brown-nose points
my2fast tells him time to shut up and join watever mission my2fast puts up
my2fast passes him along to other squadies for him to get some more brown nose points
In the end Marc asks everyone about Pilot A
Either Pilot A will become another 6JBlaser, or he will become a family member with (+)

...and the cycle continues with Pilot B, C and D

6JBlaser (poor old Laser he just needs to spread himself very thinly)

It may take time to get people in GMT area, the only Brits Ive met are already in squads. I personally would rather wait and get some good ones. I never feel like hideing from Klingan or Smithy although there not always that easy to find

I think your right Yarbles , good guys are difficult to get , but I'm hopeful and with the postings that are out there it should not take long for some hits .
