First there has to be a meeting to ratify my appt. Then I have to put the criteria up for consultation. Then I have to take account of any proposed amendments. Then I apply the criteria. By then if you still want to be 1st LT and meet the criteria   We will get there  | |

| Promotions mean work. I escape with AH so I dont have to work but have fun. I will be the best 1st LT in the whole squad. I am a kickass 47 pilot who drinks way to much beer and loves big tits. If that qualifies for promotion then sign my big ass up! | |
