Meeting Minutes of 6-1-08

Well todays meeting was attended by the following members . 8313jbx, Kvuo75, Floatsup , Saffron, Marcds , Curnutte , Klingan , Scottw1, WalrusG,Zack1234,
Reiner ( New ) and ean1 ( hopefully new )

Discussed better communication with Yarbles for the use of squad notices in meetings and other various squad functions to promote better attendance within the squad .

Also had voted in a new CO ( Kvuo75 ) for the next 6 month period and discussed what duties are expected of a CO and came up with the following items .
The CO pulls everyone together for missions and hands out assignments to them when dictated . Handles squad members issues and using tact and diplomicy attempts to resolve them . Co-ordinates with other squads in missions and outside pilots in our missions . And has symbolic duties of the job , Performs in a leadership role and has a final say in members discharge / acceptance into the squad . And handles squad functions .

After the next 3 months has expired we will vote a new CO for the next CO's tour .

Discussed getting My2fast to get with Marc to use our Precision logo he has devoloped and use it as an avatar , nose art for squad use in game as it is thought to be very cool and look very good for display by us .

Curnutte going to contact other squads for dueling / Contesting to sharping skills and making arraingments for these , then contacting Yarbles for posting them in advance for maximum attendance .

Talked at length about bombing missions and why we are not doing more of them , We will do more and return to our roots so to speak .

FSO was also mentioned with regard to numbers of players required and it was determined that our current setting was good and an increase is ok if particapation is there . Numbers and the rules required to comply is out of our realm of responsability and the numbers have to be met to play without being disqualified by HTC so we will need to confirm with the FSO CO before the event and keep that commitment so we are not penalized for an incorrect turn out.

With these Meeting Minutes i can keep up two (2) big squads. Although my contact for one isn't on much.

I would like to do some work in this area propossing strategies on here to discuss and organising missions when we have enough people on.
