3rd A/D Scrimmage

Xtrepid has sent e-mails to various members of his squad to try and get some attention. He is not sure how many will join, bu he want to know who all will attempt to make this on your part.

So Yarbles, or whoever if you could make a list, or just post here something with your fancy com skills, find out.

We can get an absolute minimum of 6 for 2pm EST this sunday the 12th.

Xtrepid has asked any of his squad to show up in the DA at 1:30PM EST Sunday that can make it. Since he can not participate, and i am already in the middle of this, he is going to had the '3RD A/D' off to me for the Scrimmage, from there we can arrange the battles. Any list of players that can make it would be useful, so i know how many to expect, and let X know. Also this squad is ~10 people or so and not all can make it obviously.

Ok so who can make this scimmage at around 1.30EST 6.30 uk this Sunday.

Please dont just read this, post one way or the other if you can make it. Its quite allot of work setting these things up so a bit of support a co operation please

PLEASE NOTE: Should the X Men not be able to make it or have less than about 4 we can still choose teams and have a practice which will stand us in good stead for future battles.

Given the choice I would make Sunday at 2pm a scrimmage training day in the abscence of ESO or a scrimmage proper. Our scrimmage skills will feed directly into our performance in ESO, FSO and the main arena where fighters and teamowrk generally are involved.

As per usall with my political answer..
I can not confirm nor deny at this time that I will be there.
but as usuall.. I will try.. I always make a good target.

its a whole big production, gotta drive across the bridge to Oregon where me and 83 buy like 500$ worth at a time..

So far i have no info on who can make it from the 3rd A/D, however i do know Xtrepid can not make it. Thus at 1:30PM EST any of his squad, and I are going to meet in DA, we then get it so I am acting liaison between 3rd A/D and (+), since no one on (+) knows the 3rd that i know of. They may not be the greatest, but not the worst either.

To make this simple as possible I would prefer to know a good vox for inter-squad comms ASAP, i have 297 available, but it is not a set vox. The rules have not been explained to them so Yarbles i leave that to you, or whoever will be acting CO there.

I will be there so I'm not shot in front of the firining squad .

If Vuo is in and we do our own scrimmage I say Klingan one captain and Voo or Marcds as the other. I think in the long run we should be developing a number of fighter leaders

i find permanent captains would be a good idea, maybe 4 or so, and they just switch out roles. I would volunteer to act as one in the not distant future.

Vu, I think that absolutely fantastic that you and jeff drive across the border and purchase up to $500 of cigs at a time. Good for you for taking the time to purchase in uber bulk and save ched. haha

Too true but look to the left cos I am aiming to be captain in more than name too. Anyway we need to develop several leaders in fighters as many as possible.

3 Things

1) We fought "The Few" and one day I want us to be able to beat them. However they have no less than 7 fighter pilots in the top 100 fighters and we have a very round number of these.

2) I flew with Ginger 44 as wing the other day. He suggested we consider a foriegn exchange for a tour and swapped Klingan for him. Apparaently they think hes great . Ginger is no. 8 currently and only 20 years old but we could learn allot. My only fear would be losing Klingan permanantly I know Bruv has his eye on him. Perhaps as we are often invited me and Kling should fly 119 channel occasionally and find out what they have that we dont.

3) Me and Zak should have RAF ranks. Major (my next promotion) in the RAF is "Squadron Leader"

Anyway we need to train on Sundays at 2pm EST in my opinion scrimmage style.
